Policies

Booking Terms & Conditions

​

  • All services booked require an address, phone number, email, package, and vehicle condition /size verification. 
     

  • It is the Clients job to disclose any and all conditions prior the Throwback Auto Detailing arrival. This includes mold or mildew, bodily fluids (human or animal feces, urine, vomit, other), drugs, smoke, overspray, tree sap, stains, odors, chemical spills, hazardous material, etc.
     

  • It is the Clients job to disclose additional extension cords and hoses needed over 50ft. 
     

  • All serviced time windows are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service depending on size and condition.

    • It is the Clients job to notify Throwback Auto Detailing if the service must be complete by a certain time. 
       

  • Clients are asked to please remove all significant / personal belongings from their vehicle prior to any type of detail. Whatever we find, we will bag and place to the side for you.

    • ​No external materials such as dog blankets/ seat covers or any material unoriginal to the vehicle will be cleaned, unless  discussed and confirmed beforehand.
       

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or move an appointment if:

    • ​The appointment is booked within less then 24 hours of the appointment time (unless confirmed with Throwback Auto Detailing prior) 

    • Weather conditions ​​

      • Throwback Auto Detailing will not work in snow, or smoke

      • Throwback Auto Detailing will not work in rain without a covered spot and would require a car port, garage or parking garage with carwash bay.

    • The condition of the location is unsafe for Throwback Auto Detailing​

    • The location is not accessible.

    • Sickness and / or family emergencies.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at The Clients own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing services.
                                                                                

  • Throwback Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse, racism, sexism, homophobia or any other rude or offensive behaviours or comments. 

Satisfaction Guarantee​
 

 

  • Throwback Auto Detailing does not take any responsibility for any damage done before, and/ or after any service. The Client is obligated to a through check of their vehicle with the detailer, inside and out after their service. If no implication of any damage is made during this time, then under no circumstances is Throwback Auto Detailing at fault.​
     

    • If out of town, The Client can designate a friend or family member to evaluate the vehicle on their behalf. However, once evaluated and given the approval/confirmation, then under no circumstances is Throwback Auto Detailing obligated to return to fix the work or return the deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Any Throwback Auto Detailing services booked must be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time and date.

Communication

  • Throwback Auto Detailing will send a text to the number provided, or an email the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm service, time / date. 

    • If not confirmed, Throwback Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to lack or confirmation.​
       

  • Throwback Auto Detailing holds the right to contact the Client before and after their service, in regards to the detail & customer service provided. 
     

  • Throwback Auto Detailing may ask the Client where they heard about Throwback Auto Detailing in order to receive feedback for their marketing team.
