How do I make a payment after the service?

Once the service is complete and we do a walk around of the vehicle will send an invoice via text/e-mail. Follow the link and complete the payment.

What Payment Methods do you take?

Debit, Credit, Cash and e-transfer.

Can you clean something specific like a spill or stain on the carpet?

If there are specific concerns you would like us to focus on just let us know and we will do our best to address it. Some stains are harder to get out because of what was spilled, the type of material it's on and how long it's been sitting for.

Do you need access to power and water?

Yes, we ask to have access to a power source at the location. We have 50ft extension cord

I've booked in for single car service, are you able to add more services or a second car when you arrive?

It would depend on the day and what our calendar looks like. Sometimes we will have another customer booked but there may be other times where we are free to take on more jobs or service. If we cannot do it that day we could certainly line up another day that works.

How long will a hand applied wax last?

It really depends on how the car is stored. If it's garaged at home and garaged at the office 90% of the time you can get between 4-6 months and if you store it outside and it's in the elements like the sun and rain 90% of the time you can expect 1.5-3 months.
